At the core of Lagree Fitness training method is The Megaformer Black™, which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer. It is designed to cater to both upper and lower body muscles, using a system of springs and pulleys to accommodate the resistance and counter-resistance elements of the workout. Under the guidance of your certified instructor, it’s one of the safest ways to strengthen your muscles while reducing stress on the joints and connective tissue.
Please arrive at least ten minutes early to your first class for a brief orientation and to sign a liability waiver. If you arrive once class has begun, you will not be able to participate.
You are required to inform your instructor that you are expecting and must refrain from participating in classes through the remainder of your pregnancy and may resume once your doctor has released you to exercise postpartum. You are allowed to take private sessions.
